At Colorshot Photography, we require a 50% advance to confirm your booking. This advance helps secure your date and ensures that we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your event. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or as per the terms discussed during the consultation.

Travel: For events within Patna, no additional travel charges are applied. For events outside Patna, we typically charge a travel fee to cover transportation, which is based on the distance and mode of transport required. We always discuss these details upfront and provide a clear estimate.
Accommodation: If your event is located in a city or region where overnight accommodation is required, we kindly ask that clients arrange for accommodations for our team. Alternatively, we can work with you to find the best solution.
Food: For full-day events (e.g., weddings, corporate events), we request that meals be provided for our team. This ensures that we remain energized and ready to capture every moment without any disruption. If meals aren’t included, please let us know in advance, and we can make arrangements.
